Holy Trinity Catholic High School offers a number of spaces to meet your specific needs!

VARSITY GYMNASIUM

Our varsity gymnasium is 67′ x 113′ and will accommodate up to 209 participants following COVID-19 protocols.

Gathering restrictions

A gathering is any situation that brings people together in the same space at the same time for the same purpose. Unless otherwise identified in public health orders, these gathering restrictions are in place:

  • 100 people max for indoor seated audience events
  • 50 people max for indoor social gatherings
  • 1/3 capacity for worship gatherings

Features of the varsity gymnasium:

~Sprung Floor
~3 Volleyball Courts, 6 Badminton Courts
~Sound System
~Projection Unit and Screen

For groups requiring the space for sports related activities, please not that sports equipment is NOT provided as part of your rental.

For non-sporting related activities events that include tables, chairs and/or food services, tarping of the gymnasium floor is mandatory.

Rental Rates
Not for Profit Rate $86.75/hour + GST
Business/Commercial Rate: $115.50/hour + GST
Tarping Costs $627.00 + GST


JUNIOR GYMNASIUM

Our junior gymnasium is 43′ x 66′ and will accommodate up to 77 participants following COVID-19 protocols.

CLASSROOMS

Having an AGM, committee meeting, seminar or workshop? Our affordable classrooms may be perfect for your next (responsibly socially distanced) gathering!

We have a number of different classrooms to suit your needs. All feature:

~Attached desks and chairs or separate desks and chairs
~Computer and S.M.A.R.T. Board
~White Board

Classroom rentals do not include supplies like white board markers, paper, writing materials etc. Participants need to supply their own equipment.

DANCE STUDIOS

We offer two dance studios that feature the following:

~Mirrors
~Barr (wall and portable)
~Sound System

ART STUDIO

~Studio tables and chairs offer seating for up to 32 participants
~Sink
~Computer and S.M.A.R.T. Board

Rental does not include use of any arts equipment.

Insurance – mandatory for events if alcohol is served.  Price depends of size of event

Security Fees (mandatory for events over 150 if alcohol is served): Price depends on size of event

Additional Care-taking Fees: $95.25+ gst. All events serving food will be automatically charged care-taking.

PLEASE NOTE:
Bouncy castles and other inflatables and candles with flames are not allowed in the rented spaces.
