Saturday November 16, 2019
This full day workshop will teach you about introducing light in studio, outdoors, and in public spaces. We will talk about continuous lighting, speedlight (flash), and strobe lighting so you can choose what is right for you. The scary pitfalls of flash will be squashed so you can be confident in getting creative with your lighting. There will be instruction, examples and stations with a wide range of light sources for you to try out, allowing you to get hands on familiarity. Shooting in manual mode is a requirement to controlling your light, it is recommended to have at least some knowledge of the exposure triangle to take this course and be willing to shoot manual mode for the day. This workshop is great for those looking to get started with controlling light, as well as those looking to expand their current light abilities.
