The Friends of the Suncor Energy Centre for the Performing Arts (FoSECPA), through generous funding provided by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, offers dynamic, affordable and accessible community programming for the Wood Buffalo region that is facilitated by professionals in the field of visual and performing arts.
Each season is filled with exciting programs that will appeal to people of all ages! From arts classes, to theatre workshops to play productions to community bands; there is something for everyone!
Visual Art Classes - Fall, Winter & Spring Classes Offered
Classes for students age 6 to adult!
City Band
Our City Band is a program for musicians 14+ who have performed on woodwind, brass and percussion instruments and would like the opportunity to develop those music skills in a dynamic setting.
Broadway Bound at SECPA
For youth ages 8-14. Students will work with local industry professionals to learn the skills of dancing, singing, and acting through the production of Shrek: The Musical Kids!
